Returns
You have the option of registering and returning your order free of charge via our returns portal within 30 days of receipt.
Excluded from free returns are the countries Bulgaria, Romania and Switzerland.
Free items are only free of charge if the order conditions are met. If all chargeable items are returned and the free item is kept, the retail price of the free item will be charged.

Pack the items carefully, preferably in the original packaging.
Please note: Items that have already been washed or individually embroidered cannot be returned.
Take the parcel to a GLS parcel store and post it free of charge with our return label.
Please keep the return receipt in case you have any queries.
Upon receipt of your return, the outstanding amount will be refunded to you. The refund will be made via the payment method you have chosen.
