You have the option of returning your order free of charge within 30 days of receipt*. Please note that free returns are only possible with the use of our return labels below. A return or exchange of already washed items or individually embroidered goods is excluded!
*Excluded from this are the countries Bulgaria, Romania and Switzerland
Register your return in our returns portal and receive your free GLS return label.

Pack the items carefully, preferably in the original packaging.
Please note: Items that have already been washed or individually embroidered cannot be returned.
Take the parcel to a GLS parcel store and post it free of charge with our return label.
Please keep the return receipt in case you have any queries.
Upon receipt of your return, the outstanding amount will be refunded to you. The refund will be made via the payment method you have chosen.
