Here you will find a selection of the most frequently asked questions so that we can help you quickly and easily.
Which shipping service provider do you use?
We currently ship exclusively with the shipping service provider GLS.
Where can I redeem my discount code?
You can redeem your discount code in the last order step - before you click on the order with obligation to pay button.
Please note that only one voucher can be redeemed per order.
How and when will I receive my refund?
As soon as we have received your return and it has been processed, you will receive an automatic confirmation from us. The refund will then be made via the payment method you selected when ordering.
The processing time for your return is usually 2-3 working days. On busy shipping days, such as around Christmas, the processing time may be longer.
How long is the delivery time?
You can always find the delivery time to your country under shipping information.
If you have chosen embroidery, please add 2-3 working days to the original delivery time. In addition, the actual delivery time also depends on whether the items are in stock/ready for dispatch at the time of ordering. You can see whether the item can be delivered immediately next to the respective item.
How can I return my order?
You can create a free returns label under the Returns tab and then hand in the parcel at the nearest parcel store. This does not apply to Bulgaria and Romania.
What are the return conditions?
You have the option of returning your order within 30 days of receipt. Free returns are possible without exception using our return label.
Please note that it is not possible to return or exchange goods that have already been washed or individually embroidered.
How high are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs depend on the selected country of delivery and the order total. Further details on deliveries can be found under the Shipping information tab.
How do I wash my terry towels properly?
For the sake of the environment, we recommend washing at 20°C-40°C. You will always find the exact washing instructions on the sewn-in label of the respective item.
